NATIONAL HSUS/SPCA seizures increasing

Because we were sold down the river earlier this year, it will be a matter of time before this happens here. People, we have to start fighting back and NOW. Our rights are being dictated by fascist, lunatic, extremists who want no animals of any description anywhere on the face of the earth. And the sad thing about it, all of the tree hugging, yuppie, Obama liberal supporters are leading the way.

HSUS/SPCA seizures

I just read where the prestigious hunting Basset kennel, Murder Hill Bassets in Pennsylvania, had eleven dogs taken by the Pennsylvania SPCA at the end of last month due to a one time noise complaint. No one will tell the kennek owner/breeder where her dogs went and some of them belonged to other individuals from other states. They were with her for hunting and training. It remains to be seen whether or not she will be able to get enough legal help to get her beloved hounds back with a legal fight.

Getting worse nationally

I was in Arkansas last weekend at a show and visited with a friend from Tennessee whom has Plotts & Foxhounds. She said the Bassett lady is well known, with a sterling reputation. My Tennessee friend was raided about 5 years ago because of "trumped up" accusations filed by a couple of competitors. They came at 11P, took all of her dogs and horses, searched every inch (including the attic) of her house and van - left all of her dog papers & equipment strewed all over the sidewalk. She and her attorney had her animals back by 10A the next morning. She filed suit against those who caused the raid and she won her cases. However, it cost her $22,000. She says she STILL hasn't totally recovered emotionally. She added that they DID NOT have a valid warrant, even though 8 police cars accompanied the animal control people.
How can these "AR" people have so much power?
