The ballets were mailed to each paid club back in June. The deadline to return them was July 15th. At this time only 3 ballots were recieved. That is not enough to consistute a vote. We are extending the deadline until Aug 10th. They have to be recieved by Bill Wilson on that Date. None will be accepted after that date. The club has to be a paid members of the WV State Coon Hunters Assoc.

Any club wanting to pay their dues, so they can vote in next years elections should contact us to pay their yearly $25 dues. The by laws say that each Club must be a paid member in good standings for the last year to Vote or hold any State Event.
