can a club use anyone to measure hounds or does it have to be a bench show judge?Im a judge so i usually measure and inspect hounds for registration at my club.Ive been to other clubs where they just use whoever and Ive sometimes wondered about the height and seen some dogs that dont look like a full blooded beagle.What is the rule on this?

i think they can use anyone but i think they have to be a club member if im wrong someone will correct me
