I've checked our incoming records back to July 1st and I'm showing that we received 1 set of papers from you on July 22nd. Those papers are for a dog named Kate and they were processed and mailed back to you this past Friday, the 24th.

thanks, their should be one their for a dog named rowdy also. i put them in the box at the same time.

I couldn't find Rowdy's papers yesterday. I checked again just now and I have found them. They have been processed and the new papers were mailed back to you yesterday.
