I bought a puppy and the seller said that he had sent off for the papers and would send them to me how do i find out where the papers are?He gave me her paper with the NKC and said she is going to have papers with UKC.

Please tell me the breeder's first & last names, the State they live in & the approximate date they sent the papers to us and I can check on it for you.
