I made some mistakes

I made some mistakes on my girls reg papers, what should I do ?

If your wondering what the mistake was, I filled it out when she was 10 weeks, she is now 2 years old and I wrote my cc number on the addesss part for the CC information but have corrected it and have not scribbled it out or anything but its all correct now.

So what should I do before sending it ?

You may want to include a note describing what happened and why the correction was made. Sign & date the note and include it with your papers, and as long as this was the only mistake, you should be fine.
