I just received my $25.00 for dual champion do i sent the certificate back with my registration paper and do i need to sign the registration . thank you Glen Pruett

If you want an updated Registration Certificate, just send the Registration Certificate that you have now to us, along with the fee and the letter stating that we'll update your papers for $8.00.
You do not need to return the Championship Certificate to us.
