BE SURE YOU UNDERSTAND

You can not come back to the club house to score that tree or otherwise enter scores. Two casts in my area have been scratched because they mis-understood the rule. All score must be entered in the woods!!!

They can't throw the card out because you didn't fill in how many coon were scored, or how many coon were seen. They can't throw it out because the judge failed to sign were it says "judgers signature". They can't throw it out because all scores were not tabulated. They can't throw it because a castmember quit the cast and didn't initial the side.
They can and must throw out the card if it is not signed and done in the woods, in other words, if you fill out any part of the card back at the clubhouse, it is disqualified. Basiclly, all UKC reqires is two signatures on the card to signafy the cast hunted 120 minutes. This is how it has been explained to me be UKC.

Sorry Jim but there is no such requirement for "two signatures". When Todd replied to the question on this forum he said the two things required were a score and the winners signature. This is also supported by page 52 of the April 2009 issue of Coonhound Bloodlines. In the Coonhound Advisor column it states "finished and signed in the woods". It defines "finished" as "all point values present and accounted for. Notice that does not mean that te scores must be totaled up in the right margin." "finally a scorecard must be signed by the cast winner". NO WHERE DOES IT MENTION TWO SIGNATURES!
Now unless they go and unprint the April issue of the magazine, that is the correct answer!

All point values must be accounted for (plus, minus, circle, delete) and it must be signed or initialed by the cast winner. That's the bare minimum.
