What kind of spray material, would a person use to kill or wipe It out ?? Help needed bad.

They make a spray just for poison oak. Seen it at the local Wal-Mart a couple weeks back when I bought some grass and weed killer. They keep it with the weed killer and insecticides.

ortho ivy killer works on poison ivy, oak and a bunch of others. here you go i hate poison oak this is what it did to me back in march, and yes it was that bad all over my body. took over a month to get rid of it. got shots for it ever week for a month with all the steroids they gave me i should be as big as shwartzanieger...



i just happen to work on the mississippi river and my job requires that i get into it every so often

mix ya 1/4 cup of salt pintof vinegar and add water to make a gallon kills it dead and no pesticides

i get it bad and this stuff called technu works really good. its like soap then you take a cold shower. works well clears it up quick

Seems like my dog ALWAYS trees on trees with that crap. Treed on 2 last night... Just waiting to see it on me! haha.


Best thing is to take a shower with Lava hand soap when you get home. It washes the Ivy off of you most of the time before it starts to spread.

I GET IT EVERY YEAR AND THE OLNY THING THAT WILLL TOUCH IT IS IVY DRY IT COMES IN A SPRAY BOTTEL YOU CAN BUY IT AT WALL MART IN THE POISON IVY SECTION ANYTHING ELSE IS JUNK

DO NOT USE BLEACH OR ANYOTHER DUMB ASS IDEA JUST GO SPEND 8 DOLLARS AND BUY THE SPRAY DO NOT GET ANYTHING BUT IVY DRY IN A BOTTEL IT IS THE BEST THAN SPRAY IT WHEN IT ITCHES
