Need info on dog problem

Turned out last night bout 10 o'clock. Got in about 1 am. I always feed after a hunt. Let dog out of box and follow me to kennels to feed. Started to eat alot of grass when got out of box and put food infront of him and wouldnt eat. still not eating. dog has never passed up food in his life. what could be the problem. thanks.

just a guess could be obstruction, twisted gut, bloat, constipated among other things, hows the stool look??

stool looks good. had surgury on intestines about a month ago i think something may be comming back wrong
