give her some powdered milk and mix it with her food and that will help. she will get pretty wound up off it so make sure u are hunting here if u give it to her she will have the runs for a few days so just work it in slowly and she will be fine. she will look real good have a real good coat and be ready to go any time u want to

I think this thread may be an answer to another thread. I use calf milk replacer to mix in with my puppy food, if thay is what you are talking about.

Use lamb or goat milk replacer! It is better than the calf milk replacer. At least in our experience!

used to raise calves alot two kinds of millk replacer . one is milk , one vegetable, soy i think.. anyways if i want to put weight on a dog i get a few meat scraps... its amazing what a difference this can make real fast . pete

I agree stay away from the cow milk replacer. They have something in it for growth. I messed up a few pups with the cow.

I have never had any trouble with calf milk replacer but I use it in small amounts. We also give our puppies cod liver oil and it helps. We give our dogs cracklins for weight gain. It works fast.
