We went to court this last week and won our case hands down. We won everything we were asking for in the civil suit and on the felony warrant. I would like to send out another great big thank you to Jay Boswell, my attorney from Greensboro, Ga. He is a great person and one heck of a lawyer. I would refer him to anybody. ONLY wish that the hound had not been shot... So sad when You think of that end of it... We still send thoughts and prayers for your loss... but are very happy to hear you got a GOOD RESULT! Lets all hope this sets a Precedent!

I had talked with Jay and had followed the progress. I'm glad you were able to push it. I know it won't bring your buddy back but at least you got your day in court. This will help others down the road as well. Again I applaud you holding your temper and doing the right thing. It takes a big man to lead with this kind of example.
