are these common..?

They look exactly like wolves, or wols...that are on squirels during the summer....the 2 dogs that I have hunted thru the summer have 3 on them...raised up welps, about the size of a dime with fluid draining out...just wondering if any other hunters have seen these on their dogs before..

Cover open hole with Vaseline, warbles will not be able to breathe and stick its head out, be ready with tweezers to grab body. Be careful to get a good hold of it and pull gently, you don't want to rip the body in half. It may take 5-10 minutes for the warble to stick his head out.
