What kind of problem? Here is what I found. If you are having problems with the unit not responding when you push the button. If it is not under warranty you got nothing to lose.Take it apart like you are going to change the battery. There are two more screws on the electronic board.Remove them.Get a can of GOOD electronics cleaner. It comes in a small spray can .Radio Shack or some auto parts.Make sure it is for delicate electronics.About $4.00 a can.Spray a quick squirt or two where the turn on button touches the board. It dries quickly. You may want to gently wipe it also.Clean the rubber button off too.I It will pop right out of the case.It is my experience the buttons are not tightly sealed and dirt and moisture get down around the button and it gets cruddy.I have FIXED mine ,I have two, about 4 times now .Both of them have needed cleaning twice. Work as good as new after wards. And one would not work at all one time before I cleaned it.
