Possums on feeders....

I leave them alone. If things get any tougher we might have to eat them! LOl. But seriously.... I leave them on the feeders they're
a good training device. You can break a dog on 'off game' quicker
if he is exposed to it often.

Plus If you carry a cast there..Always something they might get minused or scratched because of but you need yours broke

Mr Hester i was taught what little i know by people that
grew up during the depresion and they knew what hungry
was.the stories i have heard about hog lots where they
feed whey was full of possums.they would avg. 8-16
possums a night by the time the dogs were 2 the 1 with
brains quiet treeing them found out possums were no fun.
they would give them away start over lack of income.

Makes sense to me...

My father is deceased but he said his family was so poor that they
didn't even know the depression had hit. My grandmother could
squeeze a penny so hard that Ab Lincoln would scream. I had an
uncle that joined the 'Citizens Conservation Corps' or 'CC Camps'.
Then when he got old enough he joined the Army. Looks like we're heading that way again. Take care.
