Sounds like a good idea.

I doubt that Plotts will be No. 1. I think I know what breed it would be, probably because there are so many more of them. Dang, there I go, making excuses for that breed based on the numbers!!

I agree, that would be a more meaningful statistic.

However, that sounds alot like using percentage of cast winners/number entered by breed, to show how the different breeds' stack up in ability. Using this has been called an "excuse" in the past because there are less dogs of certain breeds winning than in one particular breed. The percentage of cast winners is usually pretty equal among the 6 breeds. Folks that don't believe the percentages give a more accurate picture probably aren't going to admit and won't want to see there are more mean dogs in the most populous breed, either.

I don't think we will see any numbers on this, it would not be a popular thing to do, lol.

I think this would be great. UKC HAS A CHANCE RIGHT HERE TO DIRECTLY AFFECT THE QUALITY OF THE COMPETITION HUNTS AND EXPLOIT FACTS ABOUT MEAN DOGS. will this ever happen????? who knows, but I hope so.

i would like to see the percentage of pups that each breeder has produced that made champions------similar to the to the way the top reproducing dogs are tracked. would love to know who the most sucsessful breeders are on paper.

of all the dogs names and their owners that have been scratched for fighting.and updated monthly in the magizine.

this way the owners of the mean dogs wont want to hunt them and have their name put in the magizine.it may get some dogs name put on the list that were just protecting them selves but if it means getting rid of the truly mean dogs then i would'nt care if i got my name on there as long as it helped get rid of the bad boys.

they have a list for the hunters that got barred ,why not the dogs and their owners that got scratched for fighting????????
