What are the best tracking collars, besides the gps ones, is the marshall collars worth the extra money

I hear mashall is coming out with a collar/system that runs like the garmin but also can be used like the regular tracking systems. Suppose to be in the next year, you might do a little more checking, sound like this dude might be a winner.
