 Computer help

My Nephew when he gets on here it shows his user name at the top of the pages but when he tries to reply to some thing it saids you do not have permission to access this. He is log in also he can't send or receive any pm. Can any one help. Thanks

lol well i really dont know whats going on then,i would try to verify email again,and if that doesnt work try making another acount.
