Frontline vs. Bio Spot?

Ive been using Frontline for years and have good luck with it. Seen Bio Spot at the farm store. Looks like its supposed to do the same thing for about 1/2 the cost. Anybody use it?

Frontline is definately the better product, but Bio-Spot works just fine when used in combination with Permectrin-II yard spray. Make sure to spray around the dog's space and inside as well as UNDER his doghouse.

Frontline works really well on ticks and K-9 Advantix works better for fleas but both are expensive. I have used Bio-Spot in the past and unless they have improved it alot it aint worth a crap. If your tryin to save money the Permectrin spray does alright if you spray them every week or so.

I use the hearts plus from walmart once a month I bought a 3 years supply for $2.00 a box when they changed packaging and half way between I use 3cc of undiluted 10% permethrin right down the back, a $12.00 bottle has lasted me 2 years. I My dogs never have flea or tick problems anymore. I also use Ivomec monthly for heartworms

I also have used it (the last three years) and have liked the results. We also use Zymectrin Gold once a month and cedar bedding. I'm proud to say that we seldom see a flea or tick or the dogs scratching and digging.

We've also used Frontline and K-9 Advantix, didn't really notice a difference in any of the three except for the price....

I used BioSpot for years and years with good results but this last year it became ineffective and I had to change. I have been using Program Flavor Tabs along with Capstar since sometime last year. I finally got the fleas under control using these products.
