I recently registered a dog in my name, and I paid for a six generation pedigree. The registration came back okay, but the pedigree is obviously not my dog! The registration number on the pedigree is wrong, hence the mistake.

My question is this, who should I talk to or where should I send the incorrect pedigree too in order to fix this error?
