I had some concerns concerning hunts here in Virginia. Most problems involved the same three indiviguals. They don't have any dog power but instead win by cheating. I dropped Todd an e-mail and got a preferred time to call. We chatted for a while and I expect some changes to follow, with the hunters who are allowed to hunt.
