Crossbred Question

WHAT DO YOU THINK ABOUT ENGLISH CROSSED WITH WALKER LIKE THE HOOCH DOG THAT IS A ENGLISH FEMALE CROSSED WITH THE CUTTER STUD DOG AND SINGLE REGISTERED ENGLISH AND IS PERFORMANCED WHAT IS THE PROS AND CONS OF THIS?AND HOW CAN YOU CALL THEM ENGLISH AND NOT WALKERS

First off I mean this without bashing but back in the eighties every Walker dog around my area that didn't have papers was single registered english.So was the blueticks that didn't have papers if you really get to digging into alot of english exactly are that Walker and Bluetick crosses.

do they have to be a certain color before you can register them walker or english or whatever way you want to single register them just curious?

if they are blueticked, redticked, red & white, blue & white, tri-color they can be registered english ... if they are tri-color they could also be registered walker.
Hooch is red & white I believe, he could only have been single reg english if he'd been tri-color they could have registered him english or walker.

Walkers & Blueticks come from English.

Not sure, but from what I have heard about that Cutter dog, he will produce good pups with just about anything, I heard the other day that he crossed o a Black and Tan, and produced a Top Money winning PKC Hound.
I would like to breed my Walker Gyp to that hound.
