i purchased an american pit bull, juan gotty line, for $1200.00 from california. i live in orlando, fl and he was flown in on delta. I have called the owner, i feel like a hundred times, he keeps telling me he is sending them.... i have never recieved them and now i cannot get a hold of him.

please HELP me!

Please write me a letter of complaint listing this individual's name and address, the date you bought the dog and signed by you with your complete address. Also send a copy of the contract between you and this individual. If it is a UKC breeder, I will write the individual to ask why papers are being withheld. They may be waiting for your check to clear.
