Duel Grnd Herd's Barber Creek Ace Has Died

GrCh GrNtCh English World Ch Herd's Barber Creek Ace was found dead this evening. Not entirely sure how this came about. He was missing yesterday and found dead this evening. Almost 100% sure he was hit by a car but it's still in the air how he was gone in the first place.
Anyone that knows Marty or Ace knows they are both one of a kind. Ace was one of my first hunting experiences and he got me hooked the first night out. He actualy made it hard to hunt with other dogs and keep any interest. I'm not an old timmer in this sport but I know a dog that can show you coons over and over all night, and night after night is what everyone dreams of.
Unfortunatly Marty did not have any pups left. He had let them all go with high hopes of getting one out of Ferrai's Hanna female but we were off on her cycle.
If anyone knows how to get ahold of Adam Keller, I think that he had the last female bred to Ace. Christmas is comming up and if Adam still has any pups I would like to do Marty a favor.
Thank You and keep Marty in your prayers, I know that he is really upset.

Dang Marty this sucks. I'm sorry buddy. There's not a night that I hunt anymore that I don't sit there and think about Shaker especially when the dogs are looking like idiots and I know Shaker had his nights but I know he didn't have many just like Ace.I know you liked Ole Ace alot and hope you can find a pup out of him you like. I know how you must feel right now. Give me a call sometime. 1-573-864-4720.

Thoughts and Prayers

As I said on the other post...I KNOW you guys are heart broken... that dog had a huge place in your lives and is still in your hearts. We hope you find a Great pup of his to enjoy in the future.

We send thoughts and prayers to ease your loss and we believe Ace lives on in your hearts and you in his and that he will greet you at the BigOldTree...many years from now when it's your turn to walk in to meet him.....

Sincerely sorry, Heather and Bob
