is there a way to find the owner of a dog thru ukc by using the dogs name?

I know the dogs name but want to find out who owns it does ukc provide this service?

owner ID

I have gotten information from UKC regarding a hounds owner by supplying them with either the dog's name or a littermate's
registration number.
They usually come up with something if given a clue. Maybe a past owner's name .
Been awhile since I did it.
