I just recieved the papers on my beagle (Spruce River Sassy Cassie) and they looked fine, but the Easy Entry Card is for a different dog/owner in another state. The dogs/owners names are not even close to the same as mine, I'm sure it was just a mistake when the envelope was stuffed. Who's attention do I need to send this wrong Easy Entry Card to and how will I get the correct one? This is my little girls dog that she intends to bench show.

Also just noticed that the last number of my dogs registration and the last number on the wrong Easy Entry card is 1 number different.

Send it to the attention of our Corrections Department, and include a note telling us why you're returning it, as well as giving us your dog's UKC number and name that you need an EE card for.
