Quickest and best way to help a female dry up after weaning pups???

Drying up.

I would just cut her feed back.Don't starve her,just cut it back some.She don't need to eat as much as when she is nursing pups anyway.Make sure you don't let her around them because if they start to nurse on her,she will start to milk again.That is my experience that i have had.Take care.

the vet can give a shot to dry them up fast if u need it that fast
