Carsick

I have a pup and she has ridden many times in the box to and from the hunting grounds and everywhere else. She can't seem to kick the carsickness and pukes almost every time. I thought she would get used to it eventually but she hasn't yet....any thoughts?

Had a dog that did that so bad the other dogs would fight not going in a create with her. The vet told me to give her benadryl. So I would give her liquid benadryl and that seemed to help her until she out grew it. Sometimes even now she still gets sick and almost all her pups get sick too, but they are some of the best hunters we have.
