Bluetick & Black & Tan Hunt

The NorthWestern Illinois CHA is hosting a BBOA / American B&T Sectional on August 8th & 9th. We will be having 2 bench shows, and 2 nite hunts, with special awards for the following

American B&T........King & Queen of Show/Hunt and overall High Scoring B&T Trophy

Bluetick Breeders Of America.........King & Queen of Show/Hunt and overall high Scoring Bluetick award

Treeing Walker, Redbone, English, Plott will also have an overall High Scoring Award for this event

Great coon hunting and a great kitchen so hope to see many of you B&T and Bluetick folks from IA, IL, WI, MN, IN, and even some folks from MI

I can truely say this is one of the best clubs around, and you'll enjoy the location and the food, and hunting !!!

If you'd be a little farther South I'd probably come. It sounds like a lot of fun, but I'm just across the river from the Southern tip of IL. Good luck to everyone who does go, and I hope it is a successful event as we need more hunts like this. Their a lot more fun than just regular UKC club hunts.

Hope to see you all there, hope to see ole Rusty Kiser, BS1, and some of the other B&T boys, and I know ole "TEAM BLUE" will be there in force, the Iowa, Wisc, Ill, and points farther will be there and looking forward to having some fun and some major "BSing" from some of those who have mater degree's in that department !!

OOOOOOCH!! Now mark if i'm reading the last post right you would not be directing that at one person would you ??? That's what i thought!!!! but it is a touch early to be talking smack.. but if you would like we can get warmed up... we can do that!!
Now all you black and taners on here that are reading this i would have to say we been called out to meet team blue!!

Give the black dogs alittle tweek and tune, on the bench with alittle spit and shine and we should be fine, this won't be the first time we heard team blue whine!!!!!!

Thanks marc, she just got on hot streak and everything worked out, it's pretty cool to get granded out. Geez this team blue heels up real fast, i thought that they would still be licking there wounds from the R.Q.E. when the black pack stood tall!!! but nope there leader just keeps firing up the troops.

When you run the black there ain't no need to talk smack, just get them to shine, stand them all in a line and boys do they look fine!!!!!!!

I think Mark is the bench show judge for Friday and Tom Basten is supposed to do it on Saturday. Bj1 I heard you scored over 500 to get the last win on her. Then the 600 in P.C. Thats great!!!! You still gonna breed her or are you gonna go to Indiana? I wish for your sake that she'd come in soon or wait an extra month. We will need all the black dogs we can get out there. How does that go again? If it ain't black it ain't riding in the back!!! Oh Hell Yeah!!!!

Oh My Oh My, the smack talk is

here to stay.......a whooping......what do you call a whooping?? You get 5 out of 10 cast, and "TEAM BLUE" gets 4 with 1 for the off breeds and you call that a Whooping !! Man, it's no wonder some are issued a Masters in BSing but thats OK cause this is the B&B battle, and yes sir we have called in the Reserves and the National guard for "TEAM BLUE" and if memory reminds me from last year the Blu's won more, had more in attendance and welll just plain kicked B&T BUTT !!!!!!!!!

Now, I'll be right there with BS1.....he gets that from his honoray degree from BS State Univ. and with full honors.....meaning hip waders are suggested, chest waders prefered

It is so few times that your hero's the B&T win an event that you take a win and call from the highest mountain with glee "We are the Champions" because it happens so few a times.........LOL hehehehehehehehehe !!!!!!!!!!!!

All kidding aside glad you finished Billie out (Congrats) and I look forward to seeing as many of you as possible at this years B&B event !!!!!!!!!!!

Thats about enough there NOW!!! LOL!!! I really don't have much room to talk smack with you Big -Timers, but I've got time... We've got about a week and a half to get these potlickers tuned up. If you Blue Boys get more places at this 2 nighter then it's your turn to talk smack. Our reign is still in effect though!!!! You can't deny it !!! Even if it's by only one dog we'll take it . These lowley mongrel black dogs will hold their own. Will they reign supreme AGAIN??? Time will tell. So get ole blue tuned up. Me, well I'm trying to catch cats, fox, skunks, oppossum's and deer. He broke himself on the coyotes. Thats lucky for you!!! He could get a first strike on that too!!!LOL!!! Enough of this smack talk not really my style!!???!!! Come on Bj1 stick with me here!!! Mark, Bj1 may have the masters degre from BS Univ. But you have the DR. degree!!!!LOL!! All BS aside I'm really looking forward to this hunt . It was a great time last year and should be better this year. It's a good hunt plain and simple. For those attending bring those waders you will need them. You might want to consider a canoe too!!! The ole boy has been looking like himself again lately. So maybe with some luck we can get it done. Lets Get Ready To RUMMMMBBLLE!!!! LOL!!!!

I'd go higher BS1 but I don't think they give them out yet.....

now, your being very modest, as the boys down there say you keep the meetings going strong and colorful with your stories....kinda like when I called you on that warm sunny afternoon in Feb while in downtown Atlanta, and you were sitting in 20 below weather..........you just loved that and remind 1SG Team Blue all the time.........right !!!!

hehehehehehehe.................this will be one of the best hunts around........can I sell tickets to your crowd gathering when the stories begin ?????????

All kidding aside, this should be a great event, and I sure hope we get support from the surrounding clubs that our members go to all the time, we'd like to see this grow to a possible Purina Points event !!!!!!!!!

For the Bluetick's it's a combination of Both nights, as we use double cast wins over singles, and All Blueticks from Fir show can come back and show for Sat.

Now, the B&T does it different, the show for them will be Sat and both nights count for the hunt, and I may be wrong, but I believe they use single high scoring dog from either night.

If I'm wrong on the single wins over a double cast winner let me know please, but that is what I have read so that is what we are going by and since it is a 2 night hunt we will include both nights.

Mark you are correct. The King and Queen of hunt for the B&t's go by one nights high score. The King and Queen iof show is just on Saturday. All you Black and tanners show up and teach team Blue how the Black & Tans can get it done !!!!! LOL!!!!! Let's get it on!!!!!
