Jeffrey Robinson the Matador

hey Jeffrey i hear you are thinking of one of two new professions:
either bull riding or bull fighting. word is that your amateur record as of right now is 0-1.
glad that you are still in the land of the living and didnt end up meeting your maker.

OH OH...

..sounds like .... the day I heard my mother scream for the first and I think ONLY time. I sure thought it was REALLY cool that the new cows at our friends farm had Horns...LOL... It was a GOOD thing I was a tiny little girl and could DIVE under the fence.... after the pawing and the snorting... which I thought was REALLY neat too... I saw how FAST a bull could RUN! City kids sure are dumb!

My son Richard grew up HERE on our little old horse farm I had pony stallions when he was little and as a toddler he learned to run, stop, drop and roll(or slide) under the fences if I told him to.... He loved to "help" me with chores..... I tought HIM early NOT to go in ANYONE elses fenced area without permission....

SO... I'm thinking Mr Robinson needed to retrieve his hounds????? and it got a bit STICKY?????
Hope no injury occured... but the story made me smile and feel young and dumb for a moment.... It was better than old and wise... I think?
Happy Hunting and BE CAREFUL out there! Heather

Jeffrey was trying bull riding and thought it would be more fun to practice up for Running With The Bulls next year in Barcelona. I saw Jeffrey and he is lucky to be here. The bull left hoof marks in his back. The bull stomped him and used his head to try and mash him. This joker would make some nice burgers!!
Jeffrey was not getting his dogs. He was bagging up corn at the farm and this thing turned on him,and we found out he went after someone else a few days prior.

Angels and Burgers...

...first of all that Male Moo Cow sounds like he'd be mighty good as burgers... Second of all.... it sounds like Jeffrey had a VERY special angel with him...

So very glad it did not turn worse...and become deadly....

Northernblueview... "good Friends"....LOL.. only a true friend could post that... LOL... Having spent my career in Horses... I know that humor got us thru some scary but funny moments...

as for the running of the bulls... INSANE! NUTS! Crazier than running thru the woods at night following a bunch of dogs thru ruff terrrain! LOL...

Seriously glad Jeffrey will be OK, Heather

Jeffrey

Jeffrey is a pretty good size boy. That bull may have seen ole Jeffrey bent over and tried to ride him for 8 seconds. Jeffrey has developed a fan club where ever he goes here lately. All of his church members put banners out to personally welcome him to church , I feel honored to have such a celebrity to hunt with.I dont have to worry about getting lost now. We can be in the woods and I am sure that someone will come looking for his autograph.
All kidding aside, Jeffrey called me the morning that he was attacked . I could tell that he was very upset. After seeing his back I could tell why. I was glad that it was no worse because that was a 1500+ lb bull. Jeffrey is a very good friend of mine
and does MANY MANY things for the youth in his church, coonhunters, and people in general.

I just saw this on here and I appreciate everyone's concern and I am glad that I am still here to laugh at everyone's jokes about me and the bull. I tried to buy the bull but the farmer wanted more for him than I could afford. I really was going to buy him but I couldnt afford the $1400 that the farmer said he would bring at the cow sale. I would have loved to come home and got my 7mm rifle and went back and stuck it in the bulls ear and pulled the trigger. I would have had a big party and we could have all eaten steak. You all don't have to worry about me taking up bull riding, or being a matador, or going to Spain for the running of the bulls, or more importantaly being a bulls special girl friend. From now on the only bull I want to see is on a plate cooked medium well. LOL On a more serious note, Heather you are right, I had a guardian angel with me. I don't know why the good Lord spared my life but some reason he wasn't ready for me to go. I am thankful for that and since my close call, I have tried to live a little closer to God because this has shown me that even though I might not always be there for God, He will always be there for me. It has also shown me that you had better live everyday like it is your last one because you don't ever know what might happen during a day that might take you out of this world. I had planned to bag up corn that Friday morning and then bait coon feeders and cut grass and in the matter of seconds all my plans changed so my challenge to everyone who reads this is to check your relationship with God because I want us all to be together in heaven. Thanks again for all your concern and for your friendship. You all are a special group of people. Take care and God bless.

Jeffery, I'm glad that you are ok. You are so right about living for today because tommorow may not come. But always remember to PLAN for tommorow because it might come.

Mr. Bill, I do plan for tomorrow but if the way I see it if I am prayed up and ready to go I am winner if I go or if I stay. I plan several days ahead but if the Lord has other plans for me then let His will be done not mine.

GLAD TO HEAR YOU'RE OK

Hey Jeff,
Just saw this and I am glad to hear that you are ok. I need someone to hunt with when I return from overseas. Jeff and a class act guy that is the true definition of a friend. God blesses those who adhere to his word and that is why Jeff is still with us today.

Lovis and Chris, thanks for your concern. I really thought I was fixing to leave this old world but I thank God he left me here a little longer. Chris, I look forward to your return next year. You are a good friend and I look forward to hunting with you again. Chris, thanks also for the kind words, I try to treat everyone the way I want to be treated. Be careful old buddy and I hope you have a very blessed day.
