Fellow, I tried, and spent alot of money on the other breeds, raised pups, bought dogs, and even talked bad about Walkers until I owned one.
Black and Tans, would usually run any trash they came across, and if you found one that could tree a Coon, it would cost you a fortune, and you still have to worry if you see a Deer, in the spot your turning loose, Blueticks were usually mean and backtracked, not to mention Boot and Bawl for ever.
Redbones, well at least here in Texas, they just love Armidillos and not much else, English would trail for miles and miles without even treeing, and to be honest Ive never seen a Plott tree in my life. Im just gonna stick with Walkers. They are just better, and if anyone wants me to raise and put my time in any other breed of hound they will have to pay me!!!
I would however like to try this new Leapord Hound, but where the heck are they? http://s194.photobucket.com/albums/...=Multimed-2.jpg
