Has anyone had any dealings with muscle infiltrative lipomas? My 3yr old has been diagnosed with one on his ribs and abdoman. The vet said he probably couldn't remove it all and it would come back. The dog isn't in any pain so I'm just going to go ahead and hunt him. This is not the soft under the skin lipoma. Anyone else dealt with this?
