Once again the Illinois Plott Sectional will be held at The Millstadt Coon Hunters Club, in Millstadt Il. The date for the hunt is April 4-5. Like allways there will be a bench show,water race,field trial and nite hunt. We will be giving away high scoring Registered, Nite Champion, and Grand Nite Champion trophies bolth nights as well as overall high scoring male and female Plott of the hunt.

whats a dash race and roll cage?

The dash race is just what it sounds like. There is a coon say 50 yards away and the dogs line up. First dog to cross the "line" wins.
The role cage consists of a coon in a roll cage inside a say 20 foot ring. Dog is released from outside the circle and fastest one to push cage out of ring wins.

Both events are non-sanctioned, just for fun. Hope to see you there.
