Follow up to "Actions need to be Taken in Oklahoma

I have just talked to the owner of the dog in question. He said that he had talked to Mr. Kellam this morning about the situation this weekend. Mr. Kellam said that the situation was not handled correctly at all. The three handlers should have been scratched and they should not have been allowed to go back out. That the owner was well within his right to file a formal complaint at the club house. UKC is choosing not to take actions on this matter due to there was no PLUS points earned during the cast.

I think we all will agree that mistakes and accident happen all the time. Some of them you can make right and some you just can't do anything about but I believe that this is one of the easy ones. Its my opinion only, that the two MOHs,three cast members as well as the club members that were there for the formal complaint meeting owe these two men a sincere apology. That's the least that they can do after all that transpired. They need to be real men and step up to the plate and admit that they were wrong and apologize and go forward and learn from their mistakes.

Thats not to much to ask for is it?

I know that there are two UKC clubs in Checotah and I have no idea, nor does it matter at which club this all took place at.I don't think that this post was created to bash or degrade either of the Checotah clubs but to shed a little light on the subject and to right a wrong. I personally know hunters that are involved in both clubs and know that they are good honest hunters that attend both clubs and I have no doubt, that the club members will make sure the right thing is done.
