So Im thinking they should take the win away from the 99. They found I thought they said the oil lid off in the car. Don't know why but they said hes keeping the win but look for some big fines and maybe penilties.

I dont like the rule where the winner keeps the win if thier car fails inspection. If it fails inspection, especially in this case where it was something that had to be fixed that way on purpose, they should lose the win and be put back to 43rd and get 43rd place points. NASCAR is the only series that lets cars fail inspection and not be put to the back.
