I have one & I use the Marshall collars and also bought the Yagi. You won't regret buying the antenna, its the best of both worlds. I have three collars and I got them with three different frequencies. The Marshall collars go well with the Maxima or the Classic.

I have tracked about all of them with my Maxima and the only one I DIDN'T like was the Strike collar because it beeps too slow. Any of the others seemed fine. I use QuickTracks.

Marshalls, I have not 1 complaint and the signal is one of the strongest you will pick up. Just get your collar frequencies spaced out in they drift with time...

Don't over look the Tracker Intello

I have Marshall's also. They work good. But what I don't like is that the signal doesn't weaken enough to judge distance. My Intello's signal weakens just enough that I can guess within a hundred yards of how far away the dog is. The Marshall signal is hard and about the same whether it is 100 yards or a quarter mile away. From a mile on out the 2 collar signal's are about the same. The down side of the Intello is 2 high priced batteries, but if you are conservative and don't turn it on until you are ready to cast and turn it off as soon as you load to go home, it will last over a month before changing. And that is a month of hard hunting. If Tracker would incorporate a lighted collar, they would be top notch. I wish Tracker would never had made the Strike. Too many people have been turned off of Tracker collars, because a Strike collar came with their system and associate all Tracker collars with that and assume the Intellos are the same.
