Whats an affordable GPS unit for huntin

I need an affordable $100-$200 unit for trackin back to the truck.
Want coon hunters opinions, Thanks.

Good luck. It depends on how thick of timber you are hunting in. I would make sure you take a compass along as a back up and know where you are going. Another affordable way may be to buy and extra tracking collar if you have a tracking system. You could leave one collar at your truck and then track it back if you have a system. I also use a Garmin Etrex Legend.

We just bought a Magellan Tritan 200. Its got a color screen and pretty nice features. You can download maps from National Geographic and it comes with the cables and CD to add your info to your computer. It was $130.00 at walmart

gps

I dont know haw dense of cover you hunt but I bought a garmin astro 220 dog tracking unit and it also has a gps in it. it works so well for me that I dont even use my other garmin gps as far as I am concerned that was the best dog tracking system they ever came out with
