Someone tried to tell me they pay double points at breed sectionals, so their club was having more sectionals this year. I told him, I don't think so.

Well.....kinda..

That depends on how many dogs show up at your regular hunts.

Lets say that you have 8 registered dogs, and 4 night champions at your regular hunts, but at the breed sectionals you have 35 registered dogs, and 20 night champions.....

The first place registered dog would be eligible for .8 perfomance points at your regular hunt, and 2.0 points at your sectional...that is more than double......same for the Night Champion dogs.... .4 vs 2.0 for the first place night champion....that is actually 5 times more.
