Well, I guess we have decided to either be brave or crazy enough to finally get married! Together 4 years, engaged for a year and a half, and finally deciding to jump on in and just do it! Thought I would post it here for everyone to find out, and if you think you would be able to make it, please let us know. Send us a PM or an email with your address in it so we can get an invitation sent out to you. There are just sooo many people we would love to see there, and figured this would be the easiest way to find out who may be able to make it. Here are the plans:

- Saturday, December 1st
- Time is 11AM
- At Community Baptist Church in Polkville, NC
- There will be a catered reception to follow

Should be a happy and sad day at the same time. I wanted to do it near Christmas because my Dad loved the holiday and always went way out for Christmas, and he would want it that way. Also, it gives us something to look forward to this holiday season as it is going to be our first without him. The church we are having it at is also the same place where he is laid to rest. I will post more details as soon as things are more settled in for sure. Looking forward to a packed house! Between both of our families and all our "coonhound people" it should be as full as we can get it!

Hey Guys,

Just wanted to send my Congrats to you both. We have gotten to be good friends over the last year and I just want you both to know that I am happy for you and wish you all the best.

I had to wait till the 2nd time around to do it right but I think you guys are great for each other. Just always remember to be yourself, do not worry about what everyone else thinks or does. This is yours together and always make every decision together. Put God first and you can not go wrong I promise. Hope to maybe see you before the big day but if not I hope all goes just as you want it. Do not think I will be able to make it down but I will let you know if something changes.

Congradulations man, I have been married once before and going for my second this Saturday at 11 am. I pray you do not get as nervous as me, but like Chosen2 said "its worth marrying the right woman". congrats.... and 11 AM, that is cool.. 11AM wedding, all the food you can eat and enough time to get a nap and still make it to the woods and cut those hounds loose by dark.... what better way to spend a "honeymoon" ???

My older sister got married this year and between doing favors, decorations, baking cookies, invitations, etc, it was over whelming.
My advice is do as much as you can as early as you can, don't say you can wait until it gets closer, the wedding day sneaks up really fast.

Thanks again everyone! Everybody that called, sent a PM or an email that said they would be able to come should have received an invitation in the mail by now. If not, please let me know so I can re-send as we only have a few invitations left. My shower is next Saturday the 17th from 2-4PM at our house. If anyone needs directions there, just let me know!
