cause USC looked terrible against Washington.We almost got to be giant killers.LOL

I was pulling for ya'll all the way! I get sick of seeing USC at #1 every year.

I didnt think they ever scheduled more than one SEC team in a year. Far as i know they have beat Auburn and Arkansas in years where neither one would have been considered a top teir SEC team

You are right, they only picked Ark. to play when they knew they were a weaker team in the SEC but stopped when they started improving and replaced them with Idaho. They would not replace them with LSU, FL., Ken. or Ga. The SEC bowl record speaks for itself over the last 15 years when compared to playing other conferences. When SEC teams play out of conference they usaully win.

What team from any other conference could run the table in the SEC?

I was thinking about some big time non-SEC conferences that met SEC teams in National title games.

Alabama vs Miami - SEC

Russell,
i know your post only reflects the BCS bowl games but look at last year the SEC sent 6 teams to bowl games and won 5. i can remeber several years when they werwe 5-0 or 6-0 in bowl games. I may be wrong but I think in just bowl game records for the last 10 years the SEC is above 75 % win percentage overall. I do not think any other conference comes close to the SEC win percentage. I wish that I knew how to research it to find out.
