what all has to be done for a dog to be a performance sire???...and how much does it cost to dod it???....thanks in advance

They must be UKC registered, DNA profiled and that's it.
$100.00 if paid before Jan.1st.
$200.00 from Jan1 to July1ST.
$300.00 after July 1st.
