I have a young dog that has come into heat. Is there anything that you can do to get them to go out of heat any faster than letting nature run its course?

It is best for a dog to just let it run its course, especially a young dog and a first heat cycle. I have seen guys mess up a dogs heat cycle for life taking them out of their first one!
