another question

When I register with the UKC am I allowed to change the dog's name or would I be stuck with the ADBA name?

You may use a different name if you wish. Just be sure to indicate that the copy of the registration certificate from ADBA and the pedigree you provide are for the same dog that you are registering with UKC.
