Try A.I.G. They were a lot cheaper for us. I have been with them for years. My hole family & my wifes side has switched over now. Good luck.

I manage a body shop in Southern Iowa. We are set up with Progressive Ins. and a drop off site to do there repairs. Works well and Progressive writes the est. and I agree on price of est. We do around 100 or better cars a year for them They are a big company and growing every day.

They like to track the vehicle in the shop and give calls to the customers on where the car is in progress. Thats if they go thru a direct repair process like we are with them. Kinda neat. They like to have keys back in the customers hand 14 to 16 days after the acc. is reported. Fixed and cleaned.

So I like it. Also like State Farm. I work with all the major companies!

Progressive is setting the bar high as far as service.
