I have been in it a few times, many of those times thanks to Laura and Autumn in the Next Generation News.

I have also been in there in passed issues for winning:
Best Male of Show with Rock at the 1ST ANNUAL BBOA YOUTH NAT. CHAMP.
Placing 6th at the BBCHA Ashland Spring hunt in 04 with Rock.

I've been in a couple of times for Next Generation news and UKC did an article on my dad so that will be coming out this month, and it has pictures of me with the article. I think I was in it once for the Western English Days or the person that was supposed to do it didn't do the article, I dont remeber.

nope never been in the cb. my daughter has been. our dog won bosf at english days last year. the girl wanted me to be in the pic too and i told her i don't do pictures. she asked me what would have happened if i had handled the dog and i told her she would be standing with the dog and i would take the pic. lol

It is kind cool to be in the book. I really like it when our kids get in. A fella has a hard time bragging on his self but I sure do enjoy bragging on my kids or any kid as far as that goes.

I kept several copies. UKC sent me extra ones.

I also enjoy it when my girls make the book. My youngest, Joann, is in the bloodlines ad for the 2008 Youth Nationals. The photo w/ all the kids showing for best male, Joann is the one showing the walker. I showed it to her and she got so excited.

yep, been in it a few times. But the most memorable is my daughter being on the cover of the breeders issue with a pup from all breeds surrounding her. You should have heard the laughs from her friends at her high school graduation, we had the magazine laid out for everyone to see the "cover girl".

I have been fortunate to have me and my dogs on the front cover of Coonhound Bloodlines 3 times in the past, twice in one year (1990). It created some jealousy between some of the locals in WI and I think I lost a few hunting partners because of it. Didn't stop me from promoting my dogs however and having a great time doing it. You just start hanging out with people that don't have a problem with success. One thing for certain, it changes the way people look at you and your dogs. LOL

Since you can look up the hunts on most of the KC's websites nowdays, I dont even get any of the books anymore.
