There is no late fee any longer but there is a void date fee. So that I don't confuse you, let me explain. We used to charge an additional $5.00 if you sent the certificate to us more than 30 days from the date of purchase. That is no longer the case. There is no longer a late fee.

The void date (date listed on the bottom of the Temporary Certificate), however, is another matter. An Application to Re-establish a Cancelled Record is required. Download our Application to Re-Establish a Cancelled Record at http://www.ukcdogs.com/rg/pdf/affidavit.pdf Be sure to read all instructions carefully. I SENT THE EXTRA $5 JUST IN CASE AS I WANTED TO GET EM IN THE MAIL TODAY....IT WAS THE 30 DAY LATE FEE I WAS QUESTIONING. THANX A BUNCH
