Registering with 2 sires

We had our female bred and she has had her puppies. My neighbor kid said that he saw a black dog jump our fence and hook up with our female. So, this mutt bred my dog after our stud did.

Is there any way to use DNA and determine that the mutt is NOT the father of the pup(s)? I asume that it is possible that the mutt could very well be the father of some, or all, or none.
We are hoping that the mutt dog got to our female too late and did not fertilize her. Our female and male are DNA -p so can we DNA the pups and then determine that they are DNA-VIP to register them?

Thank you in advance

We have a dual sired litter application for just this purpose. I admire you for wanting to do things right. It will require that both males, the female and all pups must be profiled. Email cstickley@ukcdogs.com and ask that the dual sired litter application be sent to you. Be sure to include your complete name and address.

We will sort out which dogs belong with which stud and that way you can register the purebred dogs. Naturally the pups from the other stud must not be registered.
