Tracking collars in the 433 range (Not sure you will find many of those). You can also send the unit in to tracker and they will reprogram the freq. Not sure of the cost.

Are you sure there is not a 216, 217,218,219 or 220 showing before the 433? Do you know if it is maxima 1000, 2000, or 5000?
What color is it?

MBD is right i think,, I believe the 433 is the last 3 digits.. Find out the first 3 digits, for example 217.433 might be what is is.. It more than likely will track several Coondog collars and Maximas are programable..

Tracker makes them in the 433 range.

quote:
The Maxima Receiver is programmable and is capable of storing 100 individual frequencies between 216.000 and 220.999 MHz. Each frequency is assigned a memory location number to facilitate operation. Any frequency in the 216 to 220 MHz band can be programmed into the receiver at any time. Receivers monitoring frequencies 433.000 to 434.999 MHz are also available.

That's a new one on me also. That being the case, tracker charges $50 per upgrade. Being a 2000/15, I assuming it gets frequencies 433 and 434. I think they will charge you $100 to change it to 217 and 218 or something similar.
