The NFL sold out to corporate, yuppie american a long time ago. Kinda like NASCAR has done the last few years. At least the game is being played outside and in the rain. I wonder how many of the spectaters wardrobes are being ruined? Man, what happened to the good ole days?

I cant think of the last halftime show that was worth a crap,but they do seem to just get worse every year.Maybe I'm just getting old. I'd hate to think how much money they spent on all those fireworks and crap! My two teenagers even thought it sucked.

saying the same thing I was. My hunting buddy called me up and asked me if this wasn't the worst show I had ever seen. I told him I had rather hear his little bawl mouth Tenor Bawl gyp running a cold feed track any night of the week than listen to that crap. It was a total waste of time. I used it to talk dogs.

Great game and Great halftime show! I'm not a big Prince fan but got to give him alot of credit to come out and even try to preform in the rain!! I'm country to the bone and 2 years ago here at Winstock Country Fest in my back yard with 12,000 fans I saw big 6 foot five inch Trace Atkins play only song and pack his stuff and leave after it started to sprinkle. He didn't even try to wait it out or sign autograghs or nothing. Different strokes for different folks, I quess!! Charlie Radtke

Earthgirl; I'm not going to argue with you. What's great about America is that everyone is intitled to they own opinion. I'm a 72 model and grew up with Jimmy Hendrix and belive me I knew that Prince butchered that song; but at 52 yrs. old, I've learnt to " Enjoy the moment" and look for the good and not the bad. Joe N. Good one! Trace Atkins is booked again this year to play at Winstock. I've already got my tickets and I'm looking foreward to seeing him play as he's one of my favorites. Lets just hope it don't rain . When you pay $300. for a Vip tickett and Backstage pass; you'd like tohear more than one song ! I won't say another word about Prince and the halftime show; because it looks like the only way that I could dig a bigger hole is if I had a bigger shovel!! C.R.
