Pick your favorite one and sell the two others. Personally I believe it is nearly impossible to start and hunt 3 pups that close in age together and there is just not enough time unless this is all you do to hunt them seperate.
Once I had the one I wanted, I would introduce it to a caged coon. If it takes to it, put the dog back in the truck, turn the coon loose and have a friend watch what tree the coon goes up. Give it a couple minutes, get rid of the cage, and let the pup go. If it locates and trees that coon praise it like never before and shoot it out.
I would do this one, maybe two more times but never show the pup the coon again, and maybe even do it at night. If the dog trees the turnouts. start hunting it where it has a good chance of success. Usually at this time of year up north, I would wait till March to start really running it. You want to give the pup the best chance of success and save the hard stuff for a year or even two from now.
I agree with Dwills, hunt the pup by itself. Too many dogs just gets too confusing out there and you can't concentrate on what the pup is doing if you are running after trained dogs. Training pups can be a slower process than most like and can be filled with alot of frustraing nights. Keep your expectations realistic, praise when deserved, punish when deserved, and DON'T expect every pup you start to turn out to be wonder dog.
The real key to training is reality. Every dog has different potential, they may never become what YOU think they should. Once you set the stage for success all you can do is hunt the pup and let the chips fall where they may. Training will never replace genetics.
